Pakistani karetekas’ contribution to Pakistan’s list of medals is now six gold, nine silver, and four bronze medals.

Nauman Ahmed won a gold medal in the 50kg karate competition. The menβs Kumite team, which comprised Saadi Abbas, Naseed Ahmed, Baz Mohammad, Mohammad Awais, Murad, and Shahbaz, won gold medals in their respective categories. The women’s Kumite team, comprising Nargis Hazara, Kalsoom Hazara, Sana Kausar, and Sabira, won gold medals.
The South Asian Games is a biennial multi-sport event held among the athletes from South Asia. SAG 2019 includes seven member countries namely Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Nepal, Bangladesh, and India.
SAG 2019 is being Kathmandu and Pokhara from December 1, 2019, to December 10, 2019.
Pakistan ranks 4th with 23 gold, 30 silver, and 34 bronze medals.
